About Who Afraid of Red Yellow and Blue III
A massive canvas dominated by a field of red with blue and yellow zips. Newman called his vertical lines zips. Attacked by a vandal in 1986 who slashed it. The restoration took 3 years and was itself controversial. Measures 2.7 x 5.5 meters.
