A platinum cast of a human skull encrusted with 8,601 diamonds. The diamonds total 1,106 carats. The teeth are from the original skull. Cost 14 million pounds to make. Hirst claimed it sold for 50 million pounds. The largest diamond is a 52-carat pink on the forehead.
